My goal is to deliver unparalleled results to my clients through my personal training services, in which I've been extremely successful at doing thus far. I believe that when starting any exercise program, one should learn to move functionally - the way their body was intended to move. There is so much of what I call "fitness fluff" out there on the internet and in these big gyms. People get confused on what really works for them, especially because everyone is different. There are no short cuts and no cookie cutter plans. Trust me, my personal story and experiences verify this! My passion is to provide the best results possible from designing programs specifically around how you and your body moves. This allows for two major outcomes: 1) Minimizing the chance of getting hurt during intense exercise as well as healing past injuries, and 2) faster results from a regimen that's tailored for you!
